Neighborhood BBQ

This year it was my turn to be in charge of the neighborhood picnic. I wanted to do something different for food and decided to make Texas Style Beef Brisket BBQ. I made a small practice brisket the weekend before and then cooked 25 lbs. for the picnic. We had over fifty people attended and I received many generous commnets about how good it was.
